Maximum Microfinance Savings Bank (Maxbank) will be deploying its first automated teller machine (ATM) in Sabang, Puerto Galera in Oriental Mindoro with the help of Megalink, the country’s pioneering ATM consortium. Maxbank is the newest member of MegaLink. It has its head office at Sabang with one OBO or other banking office in Calapan and another to follow shortly in Batangas.

I would suggest you ring them, as the website is still down.
I assume you are not local to the bank at the moment, otherwise you could go in and see them.

What is going on i hear so problem with the bank?
When checked on 24 Nov 2019, the maxbank website showed an error:
503 Service Unavailable
A 503 Service Unavailable error means that the website’s server is not available, usually due to maintenance or server overloading.
I saw something in April 2019 that the New Management were not operating as well as the old.
