Fonte De Versailles is a subdivision in Tulay, Minglanilla, Metro Cebu.
The Fonte De Versailles subdivision appears to have been created in about 2012 and is marketed as ‘an upscale Italian-inspired residential beach enclave in Minglanilla town, just 30 minutes from SM City Cebu via the South Road Properties’ by Paramount Property Ventures Inc who developed the subdivision.
Now in early 2015, the front facing houses of Phase 1 have been completed and the smaller houses behind are under construction, with some having been completed and occupied.

The Water front clubhouse, 25-meter infinity pool, Indoor fitness gym and Dual use game court have NOT yet been completed.
The beach area is currently non existent, and no work appears to be in place for this.

I am a homeowner at Fonte di Versailles, Minglanilla. What you say is correct, except that it was started in 2007 and not 2012. The developer has had 8 years to provide the infrastructure and has totally failed to do so. The glossy marketing and slick salesmanship is a thin veneer which cannot disguise a very poor site. With enough pressure this site could be good, but prospective homeowners need to be ready to join the fight to get it achieved.
