A nice seven level block of Apartments (Studio and One Bedroom) for rent on a monthly basis. This complex includes a swimming pool and a 24 hour security guard.
One Bedroom furnished units, 63 or 71 sqm, were about 37,000 per month in August 2015, with extra charges for Electricity, Water, and Cable TV.
WiFi, at floor level (Not individual rooms), became available from Aug 2014. The WiFi does not always reach the far corners of the condos furthest from the middle of each floor, where the wireless router is located.
Studio units at 41 sqm are available for rent, fully furnished, at 30,000 pesos for a month.

Hi I’m interested in a condo rental for a month at Icon condominiums on Teodoro starting around May 8 or 9 through June 8 or 9 (dates are approximate) Preferably a single. I have stayed there before and enjoyed my time. Was wondering if there are any openings.
